Valencia is a wonderful neighborhood in west Chandler for residents who are looking for a social lifestyle in a somewhat traditional Arizona community. Valencia was master planned to include walking paths and trails throughout the subdivision that lead to Valencia's own neighborhood park, making it easily accessible for everyone to walk, run, ride, and simply enjoy and experience the Arizona lifestyle.
Valencia is also centrally located for excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment.
